١. من نحن

قيد منصة لتسجيل السلف والمصروفات ومتابعتها، تديرها صك للتجارة. للتواصل: info@solidoud.net.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني إذا أضفته.
بيانات المنشأة: اسم المنشأة وأعضاؤها وأدوارهم.
محتوى العمل: السلف والفواتير والمبالغ والبنود والملاحظات، وصور الفواتير ومستنداتها، وسجل العمليات داخل المنشأة.
بيانات تقنية: ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها، مثل بيانات الجلسة وسجلات الدخول.
بيانات الزيارة: إحصاءات زيارة عامة، ومصدر وصولك مثل الحملة الإعلانية، دون ملفات تتبّع.

٣. أغراض استخدام البيانات

تقديم الخدمة وتشغيل حسابك ومنشأتك.
التحقق من هويتك برمز تحقق عند الدخول.
حماية الحسابات ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
التواصل معك بشأن حسابك واشتراكك.
تحسين الخدمة.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها في إعلانات موجّهة.

٤. محتوى منشأتك

كل منشأة معزولة عن غيرها، ولا يطّلع على محتواها إلا أعضاؤها، كلٌّ بحسب الصلاحية التي يحددها مدير المنشأة.
لا يطّلع فريق قيد على محتوى منشأتك إلا بطلب منك للدعم، أو إذا ألزمنا النظام بذلك.

٥. الإحصاءات المجهّلة

قد نستخدم أرقامًا مجمّعة ومجهّلة عن استخدام المنصة لأغراض تشغيلية وتسويقية. ولا تكشف هذه الأرقام هوية أي منشأة أو شخص، ولا تُنسب إلى أحد، ولا يمكن الرجوع منها إلى بيانات بعينها.

٦. مشاركة البيانات

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف إلا في الحالات الآتية:

مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين نعتمد عليهم في تشغيل المنصة، في حدود ما يلزم فقط، وبالتزامات حماية.
إذا ألزمنا النظام بذلك، أو طلبته جهة رسمية مختصة.
بموافقتك.

٧. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

نستخدم ملفًا واحدًا ضروريًا لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول فقط، ونحفظ في متصفحك تفضيلات بسيطة مثل اللغة. ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية ولا ملفات تتبّع.

٨. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك أو منشأتك قائمين، وبعد ذلك نحتفظ بها للمدة التي يتطلبها النظام فقط. وتُحذف النسخ الاحتياطية تلقائيًا بعد مدة محدودة.

٩. الحماية

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك. ولا توجد وسيلة حماية كاملة؛ لذا نوصيك بعدم مشاركة رمز التحقق أو كلمة المرور مع أحد.

١٠. حقوقك

وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق لك:

العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك.
الوصول إلى بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها.
تصحيح بياناتك.
طلب حذف بياناتك، ما لم يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها.
الرجوع عن موافقتك.

ونرد على طلبك خلال ثلاثين يومًا.

١١. نقل البيانات

قد يعالج بعض مزوّدي الخدمة البيانات خارج المملكة، وذلك وفق ما يسمح به النظام ولوائحه.

الخدمة موجّهة إلى المنشآت وإلى من بلغوا الثامنة عشرة فأكثر.

ننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة، ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

1. Who we are

Qayd is a platform for recording and tracking advances and expenses, operated by Sak Trading. Contact: info@solidoud.net.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name and mobile number, and your email address if you add one.
Organization data: the organization's name, its members and their roles.
Work content: advances, invoices, amounts, items and notes, images and documents of invoices, and the activity log within the organization.
Technical data: what is needed to operate and protect the service, such as session data and sign-in records.
Visit data: general visit statistics and how you reached us, such as an advertising campaign, without tracking files.

3. How we use data

To provide the service and operate your account and organization.
To verify your identity with a verification code when you sign in.
To protect accounts and prevent misuse.
To contact you about your account and subscription.
To improve the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Your organization's content

Each organization is isolated from the others. Only its members can access its content, each according to the permissions set by the organization's manager.
The Qayd team does not access your organization's content unless you ask us for support or the law requires it.

5. Anonymized statistics

We may use aggregated, anonymized figures about platform usage for operational and marketing purposes. These figures do not reveal the identity of any organization or person, are not attributed to anyone, and cannot be traced back to specific data.

6. Sharing data

We do not share your data with anyone except:

Trusted service providers we rely on to operate the platform, only to the extent necessary and under protection obligations.
When required by law or requested by a competent official authority.
With your consent.

7. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie that keeps you signed in, and we store simple preferences such as language in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking files.

8. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account or organization exists, and afterwards only for the period required by law. Backups are deleted automatically after a limited period.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of protection is perfect, so we advise you not to share your verification code or password with anyone.

10. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

Be informed of how your data is processed.
Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
Correct your data.
Request deletion of your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Withdraw your consent.

We respond to requests within thirty days.

11. Data transfer

Some service providers may process data outside the Kingdom, as permitted by the law and its regulations.

12. Intended users

The service is intended for organizations and for people aged eighteen or older.

13. Changes

We publish any change on this page and notify you of material changes.
