١. القبول

يُعدّ استخدامك منصة قيد موافقةً منك على هذه الشروط.

٢. الخدمة

قيد منصة لتسجيل السلف والمصروفات والفواتير ومتابعتها، تديرها صك للتجارة. وتقوم الحسابات فيها على البيانات التي تُدخلها، وليست استشارة محاسبية أو ضريبية.

٣. الحساب

يلتزم المستخدم بالتسجيل برقم جوال صحيح.
أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابك.
إذا اشتبهت في استخدام حسابك دون إذنك، فأبلغنا فورًا.

٤. المنشأة والأدوار

يُعدّ منشئ المنشأة مديرها، وهو مسؤول عن:

دعوة الأعضاء وتحديد صلاحياتهم.
صحة المحتوى المسجّل في المنشأة.
الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة من أعضائها.

٥. التجربة والاشتراك

تبدأ كل منشأة جديدة بتجربة مجانية مدتها أربعة عشر يومًا.
بعد انتهاء التجربة تبقى البيانات متاحة للاطلاع والتصدير حتى يتم التفعيل.
نعلن الأسعار وشروط الدفع عند توفرها.

٦. بياناتك

محتوى المنشأة ملك لها، ونعالجه فقط لتقديم الخدمة، ولإعداد إحصاءات مجمّعة ومجهّلة كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية.

٧. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع ما يلي:

محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات غيرك أو إلى أنظمتنا دون إذن.
الفحص الأمني للمنصة أو اختبار اختراقها أو تجاوز حمايتها، دون إذن مكتوب منا.
الهندسة العكسية للمنصة أو نسخها أو استخراج بياناتها آليًا.
إغراق الخدمة بالطلبات أو إساءة استخدام رموز التحقق.
رفع مستندات مزوّرة أو استخدام المنصة لأي غرض غير مشروع.

إذا اكتشفت ثغرة أمنية، فأبلغنا على info@solidoud.net ولا تستغلها.

٨. الملكية الفكرية

المنصة واسمها وعلامتها وتصميمها ملك لقيد.

٩. توفر الخدمة

نقدّم الخدمة كما هي، وقد تتوقف أحيانًا للصيانة أو لظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا، وننصحك بتصدير بياناتك بصفة دورية.

١٠. حدود المسؤولية

لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة، ولا الأخطاء الناتجة عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة.
لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال ما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة.

١١. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب أو منشأة تخالف هذه الشروط.
يحق لك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.

١٢. التعديلات

ننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة، ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

١٣. النظام الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم مدينة الرياض بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

1. Acceptance

By using Qayd, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Qayd is a platform for recording and tracking advances, expenses and invoices, operated by Sak Trading. Its calculations are based on the data you enter, and it does not provide accounting or tax advice.

3. Your account

You must register with a valid mobile number.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you suspect your account has been used without your permission, notify us immediately.

4. Organizations and roles

The person who creates an organization is its manager and is responsible for:

Inviting members and setting their permissions.
The accuracy of the content recorded in the organization.
Obtaining the necessary consent from its members.

5. Trial and subscription

Each new organization starts with a free fourteen-day trial.
After the trial ends, data remains available to view and export until the organization is activated.
Prices and payment terms will be announced when available.

6. Your data

An organization's content belongs to it. We process it only to provide the service and to prepare aggregated, anonymized statistics as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

Attempting to access other people's data or our systems without permission.
Security scanning, penetration testing or bypassing the platform's protections without our written permission.
Reverse engineering, copying or automatically extracting data from the platform.
Flooding the service with requests or misusing verification codes.
Uploading forged documents or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to info@solidoud.net and do not exploit it.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its name, mark and design belong to Qayd.

9. Availability

We provide the service as is. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we recommend exporting your data regularly.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or for errors resulting from incorrect data entry.
In all cases, our liability does not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend any account or organization that violates these terms.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.

12. Changes

We publish any change on this page and notify you of material changes.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
